About this website

This website is provided by Weir Hill Riverside Park Community, a resident-led community organisation. It shares information about the community and provides a private members area for verified residents. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

The public pages are open to everyone. The members area is available only to residents of the Weir Hill and Lilly Hay development whose accounts have been approved by an administrator. If you are not a resident, you may still browse the public pages but cannot access the members area.

Member accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information, including your name and Weir Hill property address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know at hello@weirhill.co.uk if you think your account has been used without permission.

Members area and uploaded content

The members area lets you upload documents to share information about the development. Documents you upload are private to you and to site administrators. An administrator may later share a document more widely within the members area if needed.

When uploading documents, you agree not to:

  • Upload anything unlawful, threatening, or harmful.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
  • Upload personal information about other people without their consent.
  • Upload anything misleading or intended to deceive.

Administrators may remove any content that breaks these rules or that is no longer appropriate, and may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

Acceptable use

Please use this website respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, or use it to send unwanted or abusive messages. We may restrict or remove access for anyone who misuses the site.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. Information about development and planning matters may change. Always check the original source before relying on anything you read here.

Limitation of liability

Weir Hill Riverside Park Community is a volunteer-run organisation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, or from any temporary unavailability of the members area.

Reporting concerns

If you have concerns about content in the members area, or about how the site is being used, please contact us at hello@weirhill.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
